Miriam's contact information:
Miriam grew up in Toronto, Canada . She spent her formative years playing outdoors, developing a love for and deep attachment to wild
places. Her eye for detail and powers of observation grew from an early age. Although she showed a talent for art early on, Miriamís
thirst for knowledge about the living world led her to pursue a degree and career in environmental education. Throughout the years
she continued to draw, keeping nature journals and drawing portraits.
After 20 years in outdoor education, she returned to school
to follow her dream of studying art. Miriam studied Fine Arts at St. Louis Community College at Meramec and Fontbonne University.
It was at St. Louis Community College that her love for watercolor was born.
In 2006, Miriam began Krone Creatives, an umbrella
company to cover her unique combination of creative abilities. Since then, she has exhibited in art fairs and shows around the Midwest
winning numerous awards. Her paintings are in private and corporate collections around the country.
